JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a Female Tele caller with good communication, Smart and dynamic talent candidates who are interested to work as a tele caller in the banking process for Business loans, and personal loans. Candidates should be able to handle customers with patience and polite. Perfect job for the candidates who have good communication skills in the regional language.Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner and explaining about the banking products or services.

Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible and update generated lead in software and hard copy for

Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Working towards monthly or annual targets.
