- Once agents clear the mock calls and assessment post training will be sent on floor.

- Skillset & asset requirements

Experience - Any Fresher & Graduate

- Age - 18+

- Education - 10+2 Minimum

- Language - Hindi & Basic English

- Technical - Basic Computer Knowledge

Candidate Payout -

- Fresher - Rs.10000 in hand

- Experience - Rs.12000 - Rs.15000 in hand

Onroll or off role hiring -

- Onroll Hiring ( Labs4You)

Documents required for joining or interview process

- Copy of Aadhar Card

- Copy of Last Educational Certificate

- 2 Photo

- One of the following Last Company Experience Letter / Appointment Letter/ ID

Card/Salary Slip/Account Statement reflecting Salary credit.

Full-timers or Part-timers - Full Time

Feedback Process - Two Level of warning given if agent does not perform . On the

third instance the agent will be asked to leave.

Languages - Fluent Hindi and Basic Understanding of English

Job Description

- Agent has to generate 4-5quality leads every day, No Other Target

- Dialer and Data will be provided by the company(Labs4you).

- Shift Time 8:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
