Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web

Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion

The basic stuff youll need:

Superior customer service skills and team work

Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience

Exceptional written business communication skills

Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills

Higher secondary school certification required.

The passion and drive to make a difference

Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred

Presently it's work from home but willing to relocate to Ahmedabad when asked. (assistance provided)

Should have a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps
